The newly renovated NYU Physics Department was recognized with an ACEC Engineering Excellence Award at the Platinum Level! The project, designed by Mitchell Giurgola and engineered by Loring, met the incredible challenge to create an expandable mechanical plant for heavy science on the top of an existing building, all while occupied.
