Mitchell Giurgola was pleased to submit for the Big Ideas for Small Lots NYC design competition for small-scale, urban infill housing. Energized by the challenge of designing affordable housing on underutilized City-owned land, the MG team designed a net zero, hyper-efficient solution that emphasizes green social spaces, natural light, and sustainable materials.
