The design team’s expertise, coupled with NYU’s commitment to sustainable design and innovative building program, ensured a rigorous and thorough approach to integrated environmental building design. The project has set the standard for high-performance adaptive reuse buildings as one of only four LEED Platinum Core and Shell projects in New York City.
