We are pleased to share that Mitchell Giurgola has been working in close collaboration with NK Architects and Mount Sinai’s Icahn School of Medicine on a 165,000 SF facility anchoring the new West Side life sciences hub. The facility located at 787 Eleventh Avenue spans three floors that will accommodate a wide range of state-of-the-art biomedical research and includes a vivarium, genomics and proteomics core facilities, and associated infrastructure. We are excited to be a part of this significant contribution to New York City’s burgeoning life science sector.
