Mitchell Giurgola is proud to share that our latest project at the New York Botanical Gardens, the new Site Operations Center, will be one of the first net-positive facilities in the Bronx. Targeting the LEED Platinum certification, the structure will be constructed in mass-timber, clad with Ultra High Performance Concrete panels, featuring ten geothermal wells and a roof topped with photovoltaic panels.
