Jillian Sheedy has managed many of the most complicated, challenging and successful projects in the firm’s portfolio, including higher education classroom, studio and office buildings and biomedical research laboratories. She is able to effectively bring together diverse stakeholders during the planning process, build team consensus collaboratively and translate creative aspirations into built environments. Jillian is adept at maintaining financial and scheduling requirements while designing spaces that are sensitive to their surroundings and comfortable to inhabit. Her knowledge of evolving sustainability goals and regulations informs every project, and she has extensive experience with USGBC LEED rating system.
Jillian graduated summa cum laude from Washington University in St. Louis in 1995 with a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture and earned a Masters of Architecture from Columbia University in 1999. Her work includes award-winning projects for clients such as New York University, The Rockefeller University, Weill Cornell Medical College, New York University School of Medicine, University of Connecticut and the State University Construction Fund.
